Effect of chiral nuclear forces on the neutrino mean free path in hot neutron matter

We study the role of chiral nuclear forces on propagation neutrinos in hot neutron matter. In particular, we analyze convergence dynamical structure factor and neutrino mean free path with order power counting forces, as well regulator cutoff these determination quantities. Single-particle energies chemical potentials needed to calculate are obtained within Brueckner-Hartree-Fock approximation extended finite temperature. Our results show that depend only when potential is considered at leading (LO) next-to-leading (NLO), this dependence becoming strongly reduced higher orders due three-nucleon start contribute next-to-next-to-leading $({\mathrm{N}}^{2}\mathrm{LO})$ being, almost negligible next-to-next-to-next-to-leading $({\mathrm{N}}^{3}\mathrm{LO})$. The found converge up densities slightly below $\ensuremath{\approx}$0.15 ${\mathrm{fm}}^{\ensuremath{-}3}$ increasing counting, although no signal for above value. uncertainty associated our order-by-order many-body calculation roughly estimated from difference between ${\mathrm{N}}^{2}\mathrm{LO}$ ${\mathrm{N}}^{3}\mathrm{LO}$, finding it varies about a few centimeters low bit less than 2 m largest one work, $0.3\phantom{\rule{4pt}{0ex}}{\mathrm{fm}}^{\ensuremath{-}3}$.
